I haven't posted in FOREVER AND EVER. I think I should make a new years resolution and attempt to post more then once a year. Perhaps a couple times a month? Life has been hectic and busy, crazy busy. School consumes you and your soul.
Anyways, while I should have been reading for my upcoming midterms... (ahhh so much reading, I wish there were more hours in the day) I took a break and found some pretty interesting articles on Twitter. And much to anyone's surprise they are both related about... medicine. Go figure, told ya, school consumes your soul.

This is pretty interesting, I've taken medical ethics and we learned that being responsive and attending to the patient is one of the biggest YESES. However this is thought provoking, it makes you realize that space, and being respectful of a patient are very important. I will def keep this in mind!
Secondly, dun dun dun... I have been on a crazy (or I'm trying to be) health streak! Mainly because my grandmother called me 'chubby' and we all know its fo realz when your gramma calls you that. Anyways, there's always been this HUGE antioxidant controversy, I for one am against taking the extra supplements, I do take vitamins (even though I've heard that most are bad for you) But as a graduate student, your diet is the absolute worst. Anyways, they just published this paper entailing that antioxidants may be bad for you?! Hmmmm. It's going to cause some confusion for sure. I do know for a fact that just eating healthier is quite possibly the best way to get all your antioxidants and vitamins in one big BANG.
